Mr. Arun Wangekar, Founder and Director of Micron HVAC Pvt. Ltd., he has background of Mechanical Engineering with over 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical HVAC systems, cleanroom design and maintenance, utility systems, regulatory compliance, and project execution.

Arun Wangekar’s expertise involves leading the entire spectrum of engineering functions, including process equipment maintenance, calibration, validation, and utility operations such as HVAC, water systems, chillers, boilers, and air compressors. His expertise also includes reviewing and ensuring compliance of preventive maintenance and calibration schedules through SAP, implementing GMP and EHS systems, and driving continuous improvements in SOPs and validation protocols. He is adept at conducting competency assessments, providing technical training to engineering personnel, and optimizing manpower utilization.

Arun collaborates with international project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and reviewing key documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, and OQ. His role also involves monitoring utility performance, managing inventory, and implementing CAPA to reduce breakdowns.
