• Pneumatic items Selection, Pneumatic circuit dia., Pneumatic Cylinder, Pneumatic Valve, PLC / Input / Output, LM Rail & Block, Gripper Selection
• Bearing Selection, Geared Motor, Cycle Time, Customer Interaction, Manufacturing Knowledge, Tolerance, Welding, Material Selection, Concept Designing, Hardening, surface finish Processing, Robotics Cell

Should Be Able To

• Pneumatic circuit workout
• Selection / finisher of component of Pneumatic circuit
• Calculation for Pneumatic Cylinder Selection
• Selection of special Pneumatic item viz soln. valve, LM LR rail etc based of equipment remark

Responsibility

• Start design kick of with filling required design formats & get it approved
• Input data From Marketing
• Input data study & understanding customers requirement
• Preparation of 3D model sub-assly. wise
• Arranging Design review meeting, without design review no further work
• Data Management & customer data library
• DAP preparation
