Mr. Yogesh P. Gokhale is an experienced engineering professional with over 17 years of expertise in plant maintenance, instrumentation, automation, and validation within the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently serving as Assistant Manager – Engineering at Cipla Ltd., Indore (USFDA, WHO, MHRA approved OSD facility), where he oversees plant instrumentation, preventive maintenance, equipment qualification, HVAC, PLC/SCADA systems, and computerized system validation.

He has successfully led multiple digitalization and automation projects, including centralized SCADA implementation, SAP–PPM and MES integration, and automation of critical equipment. His role also spans vendor management, inventory control, and compliance with GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.

Previously, Mr. Gokhale held key positions at FDC Ltd., Titan Laboratories, Wockhardt Pharmaceuticals, and Emcure Pharmaceuticals, where he contributed to HVAC, utilities, water systems, sterile and ophthalmic manufacturing, and equipment qualification across USFDA and MHRA-approved plants.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from P.V.P.I.T. College, Budhgaon, with distinction, and has completed specialized training in Thermal Validation, CSV, Data Integrity, and PLC Systems.
